The PDWP approves 24 development schemes worth more than Rs 137 Billion

 
The 12th meeting of Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) F.Y 2024-25 was held under the Chairmanship of Chairman P&D Board Barrister Nabeel Ahmad Awan in which 24 development schemes of Local Govt and Urban Development sectors are approved with an estimated cost of Rs 137 Billion
The approved schemes are as follows:
Rehabilitation/Improvement of Roads, Streets (PCC), Sewerage / Drainage and M&R of Street Lights, Nishtar-I zone, Allama Iqbal-II zone, Ravi zone, Data Gunj Bukhsh , Samanabad zone, Aziz Bhatti, Wahga, Nishtar-II , Allama Iqbal MC Lahore at the cost of Rs 59 Billion

Nishtar-II, Allama Iqbal zone, Samanabad Zone, Ravi zone-II, Ravi zone-I, Shalimar zone, AzizBhatti zone, Gulberg zone, Data Gunj Bukhsh zone, Wahga zone-I, Wahga zone-II at the cost of Rs 78 Billion
IT Based Monitoring System for Improved Service Delivery in Entire Local Governments of the Punjab at the cost of Rs 695.008 Million
Secretary P&D Board Dr Asif Tufail, Chief Economist Dr Nasir Iqbal Malik, Members P&D Board, Head of relevant deptts and other senior representatives of the relevant provincial departments attended the meeting.
