The 14th meeting of Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) F.Y 2024-25 was held under the Chairmanship of Chairman P&D Board Barrister Nabeel Ahmad Awan in which 80 development schemes of Roads and Transport sector approved with an estimated cost of more than Rs 63 Billion
The approved schemes are as follows:
Feasibility study for Tourist Glass Train from Rawalpindi to Murree at the cost of Rs 100 million
Different schemes of Road sector in the following districts Gujrat, Hafizabad, Attack , Chakwal, Sargodha, Bhakar, khushab, Shakhupura, Lahore , Faisalabad , Jhang, Sargodha ,Faisalabad, Sialkot, Narowal, Sheikhupura, Nankana Sahib, Lahore , Kasur , Sahiwal, Multan, khanewal, Vehari, Rajanpur, khushab, Muzafargarh, Bahawalpur , Bahawalnagar, R.Y.khan, Chiniot at the cost of Rs 63 Billion
Secretary P&D Board Dr Asif Tufail, Chief Economist Dr Nasir Iqbal Malik, Members P&D Board, Head of relevant deptts and other senior representatives of the relevant provincial departments attended the meeting.
