Member IT & Governance P&DB, Mr. Agha Ali Abbas chaired a wrap-up meeting with a World Bank mission led by Sr. Land Administration Specialist, Mr. Dongkyu Kwak.
The discussion focused on reviewing overall project progress, addressing implementation challenges, and enhancing support for scaling up cadastral mapping Phase 2 and the partitioning of joint parcels.
Additionally, the team agreed on work plans and procurement strategies to optimize project disbursement for FY25, while reinforcing the importance of safeguards and fiduciary management.
The chair said, this collaborative effort aims to strengthen land administration and promote sustainable urban development in Punjab.
