The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party approved two development schemes of PPH & Environment Sectors with an estimated cost of PKR. 1616.519 Million.
These schemes were approved in the 34th meeting of Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) of current fiscal year 2017-18 presided by the Chairman P&D Muhammad Jahanzeb Khan. All members of the Planning & Development Board, Provincial Secretaries concerned, Assistant Chief P&D Coordination-II Hafiz Muhammad Iqbal and other senior representatives of the relevant provincial departments also attended the meeting.
The approved development schemes included:
- Urban sewerage/drainage PCC Slab and Brick Pavement, Bhakkar City, Bhakkar (Amended) at the cost of PKR. 833.933 Million
- Strengthening of Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit at the cost of PKR. 782.586 Million
