Chief Secretary Punjab, Yousaf Naseem Khokar presided over a meeting of the Annual Development Program at the P&D Board on the completion of the first quarter to review the progress of development programs of all departments.
Secretary P&D Board Imran Sikander Baloch, Secretary Finance, Abdullah Sumbul and secretaries of all administrative departments were present in the meeting. While reviewing the progress of different departments to ensure timely project initiation and completion, the Chief Secretary urged all departments to keep a regular update of projects with P&D.
The Chief Secretary Punjab showed satisfaction on the status of most projects and urged the secretaries to keep up with all developments regarding their sectors to ensure proper utilization of public funds. He also reviewed the donor-funded programs in Punjab and advised on strengthening the portfolio with improved and increased coordination with key development partners.
