The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party approved four development schemes of various sectors with an estimated cost of PKR. 10960.916 Million.
These schemes were approved in the 1st meeting of Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) of current fiscal year 2017-18 presided over the Chairman P&D Muhammad Jahanzeb Khan. All members of the Planning & Development Board, Provincial Secretaries concerned and other senior representatives of the relevant provincial departments also attended the meeting.
The approved development schemes included:
- Infection Control Program, Punjab (Revised) at the cost of PKR. 3,698.000 Million, Prevention and Control of Hepatitis B&C in Punjab (Revised) at the cost of PKR. 6,003.001 Million
- Extension/rehabilitation of Urban Sewerage Scheme Kamalia City (Phase-II), T.T. Singh. (Revised) at the cost of PKR. 489.915 Million and Installation of Weather Surveillance Radar at Sialkot at the cost of PKR. 770.000 Million
