Review Meeting on CM Initiatives Held at P&D Board

In a pivotal meeting chaired by Acting Chairman P&D Board, Dr. Asif Tufail, the progress on the Chief Minister's initiatives was reviewed in alignment with the approved monitoring framework. The meeting aimed to assess progress, address challenges, and ensure the effective implementation of key projects.
DG M&E Ms. Kiran Khurshid briefed the attendees on the monitoring mechanism for the CM's priority initiatives, noting that the response from departments regarding project progress has been slow.
Acting Chairman Dr. Asif Tufail emphasized the importance of transparent monitoring and urged all stakeholders to collaborate for better outcomes. The meeting underscored the commitment to driving development and enhancing public service delivery across various sectors.
Acting Chairman Dr. Asif Tufail stated that all departments must nominate focal persons for each project to ensure quick and accurate responses. He made it clear that a lenient view or reluctant attitude would not be tolerated. He also emphasized the importance of coordination with DG M&E to present an accurate and timely picture of the projects. Furthermore, he insisted that all activities and actions related to the projects should be uploaded on a daily basis.
