The Planning & Development Board is committed to enhancing the skills and capacity of senior and mid-career officers. A three-day capacity-building training course on "Results-Based Management" has been organized by the P&D Board in partnership with UNICEF. The officers from all departments of Punjab participated. This course will enrich their project management skills and contribute to the overall monitoring and performance of development projects being carried out across Punjab.
