Secretary P&D Board, Dr. Asif Tufail, chaired the review meeting on the E-Service Project under PRIDE. Representatives of PRIDE briefed the chair on the project's progress. The Chair highlighted the objectives of the program, including: ✅ Automating key governmental and departmental processes. ✅ Enhancing efficiency through the Go-Punjab digital platform. ✅ Streamlining services to reduce manual intervention. ✅ Ensuring transparency & accountability in service delivery. ✅ Reducing service delivery time through digital workflows.
