A Water Resource Accountability in Pakistan (WRAP) team visited the P&D Board and met with Chief Economist P&D Mr. Masood Anwar. The meeting aimed to discuss the "Water Governance and Nature-Based Solutions" component of Water Resource Accountability in Pakistan. The Chair stated that multiple projects are currently underway to enhance water accountability, with new technologies being utilized to prevent water wastage. Furthermore, both sides expressed their commitment to developing a mechanism that promotes water conservation through efficient and sustainable practices. The meeting was attended by MD PRMPU Mr. Ahmad Rajwana, Member Agriculture Mr. Aslam Javed, Climate Change Focal Person Mr. Rizwan Mehbob, and representatives of concerned departments.
