Chairman P&D Board, Barrister Nabeel Ahmad Awan, chaired the 16th PSC meeting of the Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP) via online. CEO PSPA, Mr. Ali Shahzad, presented the agenda items and discussed the project’s achievements as well as the challenges causing delays.
