A high-level meeting with delegates from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), presided over by Chairman P&D Board, Barrister Nabeel Ahmad Awan, alongside Ms. Emma Fan, Country Director ADB ๐ต๐ฐ, was held at the AKS Auditorium, P&D Board, Lahore . The Chair warmly welcomed all distinguished participants to the well-organized Consultant Session on the Country Partnership Strategy (CSP) of ADB . The session acknowledged the long-standing cooperation between Pakistan and ADB, highlighting its vital role in driving national and provincial development initiatives . The Country Partnership Strategy 2026โ35 aims to lay the foundation for export-led growth ๐ข๐ฆ, energize both the private and public sectors โ๏ธ๐๏ธ, foster human development ๐, expand regional and domestic connectivity ๐๐ฃ๏ธ, and enhance climate and economic resilience ๐ฑ๐น. Representatives from various departments of the Government of Punjab also shared updates on their ongoing projects ๐งพ๐ง and emphasized the importance of close collaboration with ADB ๐ค to ensure the inclusion of provincial initiatives in the CSP 2026โ35 ๐๏ธ๐๏ธ.
