The 10th meeting of the Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) for the financial year 2025–26 was held under the chairmanship of Chairman P&D Board Dr. Naeem Rauf.
The forum approved 07 development schemes and 01 position paper with a total estimated cost of Rs. 16,822.252 million.
Approved Schemes Include:
Chief Minister’s Program for Water Efficient Agriculture – Rs. 7,821.480 million
Establishment of Mobile Laboratories – Soil Fertility Research Institute (2025–26 to 2026–27) – Rs. 873.380 million
CM Punjab: Progressive Control of Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) – Rs. 808.726 million
Upgradation of Al-Hamra Arts Council & Cultural Complex near Gaddafi Stadium – Rs. 2,458.060 million
Mechanization of Forestry Operations in Punjab – Rs. 881 million
Afforestation along Linear Plantation – Rs. 2,842.300 million
Establishment of Makerspace Punjab – Rs. 1,137.306 million
