Secretary P&D Board, Mr. Rafaqat Ali, chaired the Pre-PDWP meeting on the scheme “Hiring Consultancy Services for Feasibility Studies, Performance Audit & Third-Party Evaluation.” The initiative aims to empower administrative departments with financial resources to hire consultants and technical experts for evidence-based planning and improved project outcomes.
