Secretary P&D Board, Mr. Rafaqat Ali, chaired a follow-up meeting on Aagosh the Health and Nutrition Conditional Cash Transfer (H&N CCT) component under the Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP). The Chair reviewed the progress on unwithdrawn amounts by Pregnant and Lactating Women (PLWs) across 13 project districts and discussed implementation challenges in mobilizing beneficiaries and ensuring the timely withdrawal of funds. The Secretary P&D Board Mr Rafaqat Ali emphasized the need for coordinated efforts among all stakeholders to facilitate efficient fund utilization and improved service delivery at the grassroots level.
