Secretary P&D Board, Mr. Rafaqat Ali, chaired the 1st Project Steering Committee (PSC) meeting of the Punjab Clean Air Project (PCAP) at P&D Board. The meeting reviewed the progress of the program, approved the Operational Manual, endorsed the first year’s work plan, and discussed the remuneration structure for individual consultants engaged under PCAP. Secretary Environment Ms. Salwat Saeed, Member Agriculture Mr. Aslam Javed, Project Director PCAP Mr. Ahmad Rajwana, Sr. Chief (RP) Mr. Babar Bashir, JCE Mr. Imtiaz Ahmad, and representatives from Agriculture, Energy, and other relevant departments attended the meeting.
