The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party approved four development schemes of various sectors with an estimated cost of PKR. 3338.841 Million.
These schemes were approved in the 75th meeting of Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) of current fiscal year 2016-17 presided over the Chairman P&D Muhammad Jahanzeb Khan. Provincial Secretary P&D Iftikhar Ali Sahoo, All Members of the Planning & Development Board, Provincial Secretaries concerned and other senior representatives of the relevant provincial departments also attended the meeting.
The approved development schemes included:
- Construction of parking plaza G.T Road, Gujranwal (Revised) at the cost of PKR. 499.450 Million
- Detailed design and construction supervision of water supply system, Gujrat (Vol-I&II) (Revised) at the cost of PKR. 776.310 Million
- Water supply scheme Chakwal based on Khai Dam (Revised) at the cost of PKR. 1023.865 Million
- Urban sewerage/drainage PCC Slab and Brick Pavement in Bhakkar City at the cost of PKR. 1039.216 Million
