The Punjab PDWP Approved Two Development Schemes of Agriculture & P&D Sectors

The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party approved two development schemes of Agriculture and P&D sectors with an estimated cost of PKR. 4191.492 Million.

These schemes were approved in the 51st meeting of Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) of current fiscal year 2016-17 presided over by the Punjab Chairman P&D Board Muhammad Jehanzeb Khan. Members of the Planning & Development Board, Provincial Secretaries concerned and other senior representatives of the relevant provincial departments also attended the meeting.       

The approved development schemes included:

  • Establishment of High-Tech Mechanization Service Centers (HMSC) at the cost of PKR. 3962.684 Million
  • Third Party Validation (TPV) of Khadam-E-Punjab Rural Roads Program (KPRRP) (1st Revision) (PC-II) at the cost of PKR. 228.808 Million
