Chairman P&D Board Mr Iftikhar Ali Sahoo convened the 11th meeting regarding the Provincial Sustainable Development Fund Board (PSDF) at P&D Board.
The focal point of the meeting pertained to the deliberation and subsequent endorsement of the Draft Memorandum of Association (MoA) and Articles of Association (AoA) for the establishment and registration of the "Punjab Environment and Climate Change Endowment Fund" in accordance with the provisions of Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017.
The Chair reviewed the provisions relating to the company to be incorporated in the name of the Punjab Environment and Climate Change Endowment Fund. The concerned departments unanimously approved the draft.
