The Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) approved two development schemes of the Local Govt sector with an estimated cost of Rs 3436.04 million, in its 35th meeting of the current financial year 2023-24.
Chairman P&D Board Mr. Iftikhar Ali Sahoo chaired the meeting.
Secretary P&D Board Mr Muzaffar Khan Sial was also present.
Approved schemes are as follows:
1) Improvement of Sewerage System and Constrution of Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) Kamalia City at the cost of Rs 1483.630 million
2) Comprehensive Sewerage Sysem in Okara City (PCP) at cost of Rs 1952.41 million
All Members P&D Board, Secretary of relevant dept and other senior representatives of the relevant provincial departments also attended the meeting.
