Chairman Planning and Development Board, Barrister Nabeel Ahmad Awan, led a meeting regarding the Establishment of Chief Minister Punjab Complaint Helpline.
Chairman PITB Mr. Faisal Yousaf briefed the Chair, stating that the helpline aims to streamline citizen support across Punjab with a single, unified number. He explained that currently, there are many different departmental helplines. The new "One Punjab One Helpline" will consolidate these services, allowing citizens to access information, make suggestions, and raise queries more efficiently.
Chairman P&D Board Barrister Nabeel Ahmad Awan emphasized the importance of this helpline in enhancing public service delivery. He stated that through this helpline, all citizens should have a direct approach to addressing their concerns, and therefore, the response should be rapid and accurate.
