The Punjab PDWP Approved Five Development Schemes of Various Sectors

The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party approved five development schemes of various sectors with an estimated cost of PKR. 2251.006 Million.

These schemes were approved in the 27th meeting of Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) of current fiscal year 2018-19 presided by the Chairman P&D Habib ur Rehman Gilani. Secretary P&D Iftikhar Ali Sahoo, all members of the Planning & Development Board, Provincial Secretaries of concerned departments and other senior representatives of the relevant provincial departments also attended the meeting.

The approved development schemes included:

  • Institutional Strengthening Consultant for Institutional Reforms in Project Cities under Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Program (PICIIP) (PC-II) at the cost of PKR. 9.550 Million,
  • Sewerage/drainage and PCC/RCC Scheme at Rahwali including adjoining abadies etc District Gujranwala (Revised) at the cost of PKR. 966.500 Million
  • Establishemtn of Cadet College at Khanpur, R.Y. Khan (Revised) at the cost of PKR. 611.495 Million
  • Rehabilitation of Hajipur Gujran Flood Protection Bund R.D 0+000 to RD 37+750 District Narowal at the cost of PKR. 500.576 Million
  • Protecting village abadies Shahpur Changora, Fatehpur Gujran, Suko Chak, Chakra, Chatri, Negrota, Khosa and Gole against erosive action of Bein Nullah Shakargarh, Narowal at the cost of PKR. 162.885 Million
